Advise Client on the Pros and Cons
Once all of the properties have been viewed by you, we will then advise on the pros and cons of each property, offering invaluable advice as to the value for money, suitability, ease of resale and possible rental value.
Negotiate Price and Complete Transaction
After you have chosen the property that interests you the most, we will contact the agents/seller to negotiate the best possible price. After the lowest price has been agreed we will then liaise with all relevant parties and professionals to ensure the transaction is completed as quickly as possible.
Post Completion Service
Once the deal has completed, we offer a number of value-added ancillary services which include but are not limited to: interior design, housekeeping, property concierge service and property management e.g. letting the property.
